Regarding :  Brief report on the Visit to Haryana State – BRAHMAN SAMMELAN SAMAROH 25^th Jan 2014 AT RADAUR,HARYANA

Many a times I get thrilled to see young people participating in many meetings – may of Brahmans or others, and the way in which the youth desire to shoulder responsibilities.  Radaur is a village in Haryana and hardly 29 kilometers from the great Kurukshetra.  Amazingly, people from all corners of Haryana assembled to receive our team, and we must salute for the nice breakfast they arranged. 

The meeting was exclusively for the re-building up of the Brahman community concentrating on each and every family in the states of Haryana and Punjab. There were discussions on different topics and it has been unanimously agreed to have a SAMOOHIK UPANAYANA SANSKAR AS WELL SAMOOHIK VIVAH  PROGRAM during the Uttarayana period of this year.  It has also been unanimously resolved that the EXPENSES FOR MARRIAGE SHOULD BE REDUCED EITHER SIDE AND MEMBERS CONDEMNED THE DOWRY SYSTEM.   

Members present agreed to educate all that taking care of Brahman Community is not for a group of people; but protecting the community is for the protection of Hindu Dharma  as well protecting of Sanatan Religious system that is being followed since thousands of years. In the absence of protecting the community, members agreed that there would be a threat to the Hindu Religion in due course of time.  Each of you are free to suggest or  correct us as each of us are struggling hard our best.

Sri Subhash Chand Bharadwaj of Kurukshetra is the President of our Haryana Chapter and Shri Mohish Sharma, a leading advocate from Chandigarh  is unanimously elected as President of Punjab Chapter. Shri Bhagavati Suklaji shall take care of the states of Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Jammu Kashmir as a Coordinator of World Brahman Organization.  Photos and media report is enclosed.

It is a matter of pride for us that several aged people as well several youth attended the program and assured to take up the activities that are concerning Brahman Community without any discrimination.  They also agreed to mutually respect rest of the organizations within the Brahman Community and walk together with a SINGLE POINT  AGENDA AND SINGLE CAUSE, up-keeping the motto of WBO – for good or bad, BRAHMANS ARE ONE – and this is the single point agenda of WBO.

The Great Meeting of Haryana Chapter at Radaur during January 2014

This is a great achievement after many set backs in the state of Haryna by different individual groups claiming to  be the representatives ofWBO and damaging the reputation. Now that a full fledged official set up has come up with the support of the members belonging to the community in the state of Haryana, we can comfortably say that WBO has regained its past glory in this state.

Bapoli – a small village which has initially given WBO a great face lift, is hardly (NOW)  a few minutes away from high way, which was once a two and half hours journey amidst risk factors a few months ago. WBO team could get the infrastructural facilities to the village after taking up the matter seriously with Shri Rahul Gandhi when a team of WBO represented the difficulties.  Shri Rahul Gandhi is kind enough to patiently listen to the plea of WBO and sanctioned all kinds of infrastructural facilities to the village – by virtue of which we could reach the village within no time from high way. 

It was midnight at 10.30 p.m.  I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU APPRECIATE THE WBO TEAM AND THE HOSTS IN BAPOLI AT THAT MIDNIGHT.  MANY OF THE MEMBERS IN THE COMMUNITY REACHED OUR PLACE TO GREET US AND ENTHUSE US WHILE DINNER WAS ARRANGED WITHIN A HOUR.  In the midnight; in the bright moon light; on the open terrace, the villagers served us “Sadhyo Ghritam”.  I was curiously reading about this in some Ayurvedic Texts, but incidentally it has come true and reached our dinner plates that mid night.  How fortunate are we? 

All 21 districts in Haryana are now represented by WBO by its team.  A few changes were suggested and Shri Dharma Singh Kaushik, Vice President of Coordination Committee reiterated that persons who could not perform well for several reasons, shall stand replaced with suitable candidates which exercise shall stand completed before the proposed Mini Convention in Kurukshetra during January 2013.  A few photographs will help all of you to see how the meeting went on at such a mid night.  The true spirit and true victory of WBO is evidently seen in this village when people do not prefer to take rest even at Mid night.  One has to necessarily sentimentally and emotionally realize that LOVE AND TOGETHERNESS is the resultant factors of continued efforts and continued interaction. 

It was time for the WBO team to return to Delhi midnight keeping in view of the Press Conference in Ghaziabad on the activities of WBO and a specific meet of the team in Utter Pradesh.

This is the eighth letter during this month.  Today – 29^th July – A great Sunday in PIHOWA Village in Haryana.  Every Brahman irrespective of age left their houses in the village and was eagerly waiting to receive us – the core team from Delhi.  This meeting was arranged by Shri Dharma Singh Kaushik, a ground level worker –a committed leader of the WBO; and beyond all he is dedicated to the Brahman movement. 

Youngsters, aged, kids, ladies, and who not – each in the great empire of Shri Prudhu Maharaj of earlier days and now in the name of Pihowa, waited for the team of WBO from Delhi – forgetting their breakfast and hunger.  This indicates what people exactly need right from villages and on seeing the great gathering – we are moved.  This causes us inspiration and this is the backbone of our strength and tomorrow agitation for a fight for our needs.  Agitation for our demands has to grow from gross root level, only then a clear picture shall stand in front of us and only then we can convince people of this great country as to why we are agitating and what exactly we need.  A proper justified demand shall always to deep into the roots for arriving at a solution.  This is what exactly is taking place and this is a peaceful march towards goals.  I desire to make it very clear that we are not fighting against anyone’s rights irrespective of any religion; but surely we desire to present our need keeping in view of the next generation and related issues.  Kindly go through different pictures using the link http://wborepresentativesinharyana.blogspot.com.  It is not practicable to insert all the photos here as such one has to take pains to go through the blog separately created for the state of Haryana.  This particular news letter is reflecting the meeting in PIHOWA VILLAGE.  The same we have another two meetings, one at Kurushetra and the other at Bapoli in the mid night.  Separate news letters are sent on the point and event base.

Let us meet in news letter No. 9 for this quarter.  (don’t get surprised as to how we surpassed 2-7 news letters during this quarter.  They are composed and are being mailed sequentially.

Kurukshetra – as everyone knew – the great Mahabharata War took place here.  Shri Krishna’s Bhagavatgeetha has come out as a boon for the mankind – here.  Bhishma Pitamah gave up his life for his commitment, and his dedication to the cause.  A few Photographs are being enclosed and lot of news can be found in the blog meant for Haryana State.  WBO team reached Kurukshetra around 2.30 p.m. and people were eagerly waiting to receive us and to listen to us.  We have to thank Shri Akhil Bharatiya Saaraswat Brahman Sabha of Kurukshetra which owns Parasuram Dham – a 120 room guest house with modern aminities.  This building is gearing up to house the leaders of WBO worldwide during January 2013 for the Mini Convention to be held in Kurukshetra.  Shri Devadutt Sharma, Varisht Upa Pradhan of Akhil Bharatiya Saaraswat Brahman Sabha (Mobile No 09812031565) along with him team was curious to receive us to discuss about the ongoing projects of WBO and the way in which WE all have to march on.  A few photographs are enclosed to this which will give us an overall view of Shri Parasuram Dham.
